By accessing or using Rolay.app (“Rolay”, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Rolay is a software platform that enables users to simulate consultative sales conversations using AI, configure roleplay scenarios, and receive automated feedback.

The Service is provided for training and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or business advice.

3. Accounts and Organizations

• Users may create or join an organization (“Org”).
• Each Org is responsible for its users, data, and configuration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Use of AI Providers and API Keys

Rolay allows organizations to configure their own Large Language Model (LLM) providers, including but not limited to OpenAI and Azure OpenAI.

API keys provided by users are:

• Encrypted at rest
• Used exclusively within the user’s organization context
• Never accessed, shared, or reused across organizations

Rolay acts only as a technical intermediary to facilitate requests to the configured provider.

You are solely responsible for:

• Your API usage
• Associated costs
• Compliance with the terms of the selected provider

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Upload or process sensitive or regulated data without proper authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service
• Use the Service in a way that violates third-party terms (including LLM providers)

6. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of your data.

Rolay processes data solely to provide the Service.

While reasonable security measures are implemented, no system is guaranteed to be fully secure.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you input complies with applicable laws and internal policies.

7. Availability and Changes

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Features may change as the product evolves.

8. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of outputs
• Availability or uninterrupted access

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Rolay and its creators, operators, and maintainers shall not be liable for:

• Data loss
• Business interruption
• Incorrect outputs or decisions made based on the Service
• API costs incurred by users
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rolay and its operators from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your data
• Your violation of these Terms or third-party agreements

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause.

You may stop using the Service at any time.
